This review is long overdue- Amanda helped my fiancé and I buy our home in the Plaza Shamrock area at the end of 2023. We actually met her on a tour of a house she was selling and we were interested in. We were so impressed by her professional and personal attitude and her knowledge of the property. We asked her questions about renovations to be done and she quickly reached out to the HOA to ensure approval. We weren’t sold on the house she was representing but we were sold on Amanda. We had a horrible experience with a previous realtor and were skeptical to start our first home buying process after swearing off realtors. Amanda met with us prior to starting the process and spent an hour and a half going over the whole offer letter/contract agreement line by line. I can confidently say we never signed anything we didn’t understand. We never felt rushed to purchase a home, she was respectful of our budget, and did her research on any home we went to see prior. She was transparent with the good and bad of the home and I genuinely feel as though she had our best interest at heart. When an offer was accepted she scheduled all inspections and made us aware of anything we would need additionally.
